By accessing or using SalesHunter ("the Service"), operated at cadamar1236-salesagent-221t.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SalesHunter is an AI-powered sales automation platform that helps users find, enrich, and contact potential customers through automated outreach. The Service includes lead discovery, email enrichment, AI-generated personalized emails, and campaign management.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One account per person; account sharing is not permitted.

4. Gmail Integration

If you connect your Gmail account, you authorize SalesHunter to send emails on your behalf using the Gmail API. You understand and agree that:

  • Only you can trigger email sends — the AI acts on your explicit instructions.
  • You are solely responsible for the content and legality of emails sent through the Service.
  • You can revoke Gmail access at any time via your Google Account settings.
  • We do not read, store, or process your received emails.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Contact individuals who have opted out of receiving communications from you.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform in unauthorized ways.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others.

6. Email Usage Limits

To ensure fair usage and compliance with email provider limits, the Service enforces monthly sending quotas per account. Standard accounts are limited to 1,000 emails per month. These limits may be adjusted at our discretion with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by SalesHunter and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That AI-generated emails will achieve specific sales results.
  • The accuracy or completeness of lead data found by the Service.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesHunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedies.
